Due to sanitation purposes, Kaykedbykay.com does not offer refunds.

 

If an order arrives damaged or defective, you must reach out to us within 10 days of receipt, and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective, we will replace the product for an item of equal or lessor value at no additional charge. Please contact info@kaykedbykay.com to start the return process.
